Villa São Pedro I is a small but cosy apartment located on the 1st floor of a completely remodelled building. The charming living space contains a dining table for 3 people, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, complimentary Wi-Fi and a sofa that can be transformed into a single bed. An elegant separate bedroom can be used as a double or twin and there is also a bathroom with shower.
The practical kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an electric oven, microwave, toaster, juice maker and coffee machine (no dishwasher). For longer term rentals, weekly cleaning and linen change is included in the price.
