Designed by famous architect Siza Vieira and boasting a privileged southern exposure, Bragança Terrace is an amazing Portuguese building featuring stone and azulejo walls surrounded by an enclosed garden, where you can relax while being in the heart of Lisbon. Ahhh, Chiado!
The living room is the focal point of the home, an elegant space decorated with beautiful antiques, luxurious sofas, free Internet access (there is no computer in the apartment), DVD player and TV. The formal dining area is a separate room near the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals.
A corridor lined with bookshelves leads to the master bedroom. Offering direct access to the garden, this spacious room contains a double bed, fine art pieces and several artworks painted by the owner. The second bedroom features a double bed and cupboard with a marble en suite bathroom. The third suite is a light, south-facing room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed.
Central heating and air conditioning are inclusive and all bedrooms have large windows, so they are infused with light and well ventilated. Cleaning is provided weekly on Saturday and linen change is included.
