On the ground floor of a classic 18th century building between the rua D. carlos I and largo do Calhariz, it's located in the famous Bairro Alto District at the beginning of Calçada do Combro, one of the most exciting quarters for nightlife, with plenty of restaurants, bars and trendy shops. The apartment is newly renovated (May 2009) and although furnished with simplicity it is well decorated with the emphasis on colour.A cosy and small patio at the back of the house is the perfect spot to have a drink, breakfast or any other meal. There is also a small kitchen corner with stove, oven, microwave and fridge, crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and utensils. Washing machines and dryers are not available at this apartment. The bedrooms include a double bed and another room with two singles beds. In the living area is a comfortable sofa where you can relax during the day or night wich could be suitable for a small child yet its not a sofa bed. The tiled bathroom includes 1 sink and a shower.
The apartment is equipped with, cable TV, Stereo/CD player, Alarm clock, Linens and blankets. There is heating throughout the apartment by modern electric radiators. The weekly rental includes all taxes, utilities, linens, and for those who stay longer than a week there is included a weekly maid service with change of bed linen and towels with no additional charge.
