The Amoreiras apartments are located in a quarter which is found in a renewed city center of Lisbon. In total there are three completely renovated apartments in the building. All apartments can be reached by elevator. The apartments are beautifully furnished, bright and cheery. The building has limited paid parking which can be reserved in advance . Every apartment has central heating, air conditioning, Tv in each room, and separate connections for internet and satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen corner with stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Washing machines and dryers are available on each apartment. All apartments are equipped with security alarm and safe (1 per apartment).

Amoreiras I with 90m2 is one of a kind among the three apartments. It is either a one or two bedroom unit located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate two to four guests.This apartment can be personalized accordingly to clients request; it can be an amazing one bedroom apartment or a two bedroom apartment, with a small dining area in the kitchen. The huge patio (140m2) over the well furnished living room will have all of its guests spell bound! Within the living room you find a well equipped kitchen corner with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Also on this level there is a small laundry area, and a half bath.
In option A (one bedroom+living room+kitchen with dining room), the duplex includes upstairs a suite with double bed (160cm wide) and a complete bathroom with tub. The living room is equipped with cable Tv, DVD with some films available, wireless internet access (if own laptop has Wi-Fi compatible equipment), sofa bed, and a complete bathroom near the living. Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen over a small dining area, a half bathroom and a the laundry area.
In option B (two bedrooms+kitchen+living area), the apartment includes upstairs, a suite with double bed and complete bathroom with tub, and another suite with twin bed that can be easily united as a double bed (160cm wide) and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Downstairs there is a fully eqipped kitchen, a half bathroom near the living, a launry area, and a living room over the patio.
